Great Backyard Bird Count

I'll be participating in the Great Backyard Bird Count this year and I hope you do, too. It's a great activity to do with kids, but equally fun to do by yourself! Just count the birds in your backyard for only 15 minutes over this weekend, sticking to a few easy guidelines. Your data helps scientists keep track of backyard bird populations and how they're doing. You can also enter photographs of your backyard birds to win prizes.
