She's made by <a href="http://www.bisquebeauties.com/forsale1.htm">Suzanne McBrayer</a> and is so very pretty! She is an SFBJ 301. Her chemise and drawers are from original patterns from Semaine de Suzette on <a href="http://thebleudoor.com/19051718Original.htm">The Blue Door</a> website. The embroidery was quite tedious but was worth it! I'm looking forward to making her a drop-waisted dress from the same website.</div><br /> <p></p>Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07949443494892573125noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13422153.post-16312928181227743772022-02-27T19:20:00.002-05:002022-02-27T19:20:44.137-05:00Hitty by Gail Wilson<p> Santa gave me a Hitty for Christmas. I refuse to concede that, as most Americans do, my life should consist of frantically rushing to work for most of every day, sometimes as much as 60 or more hours a week, rushing back home to prepare a terrible dinner for myself and Olivia which is usually pre-prepared junk if we are lucky or cereal if we are out of everything, falling into bed exhausted, and then getting up the next day to do it again and again. Life should not be about being so stressed every day that you cannot enjoy your life at all and wish the misery would just end. Life should not cause the loss of health and vision to the extent that you can see a future where you can no longer even experience those things that you enjoy the most in the world. I opt out. I will no longer kill myself with overwork and enslave myself to the wishes of everyone else in the world who happens to come along with a more assertive personality than I have. I will not watch my child grow up in the blink of an eye with a single parent who can never even have the energy to do anything fun. I will never go for years again with zero time to enjoy my life. I will live in poverty before I ever do that again. This is is my line in the sand. I will enjoy my life and I will have time to do so.</div><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><br /><p></p>Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07949443494892573125noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13422153.post-86784062701295795062021-06-04T08:07:00.004-04:002021-06-04T08:07:52.801-04:00Goat Goings-on<p> I had to euthanize my friend Josie goat on May 14th. She had a tumor that was giving her a lot of trouble and it finally became too much and it was time. She was always such a good little friend. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD-kTjHyR_gHJ6GUyt5YMO8WwnadSCGnhK_ul-fMwxZZHHlJ863F4fhCmSdOCCrZUBkAByIYWCUFbPAlnysqWnptIKmmAMCC1up0pIvzoD676sdiYRdAIxhptFsYLVFfdnzMD4/s1069/IMG_20210403_165139_995.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1069" data-original-width="1069" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD-kTjHyR_gHJ6GUyt5YMO8WwnadSCGnhK_ul-fMwxZZHHlJ863F4fhCmSdOCCrZUBkAByIYWCUFbPAlnysqWnptIKmmAMCC1up0pIvzoD676sdiYRdAIxhptFsYLVFfdnzMD4/s320/IMG_20210403_165139_995.jpg" /></a></div><br /><p><br /></p><p>Anza was desperately lonely and I had a big decision to make, whether to send her to another home with goats or whether to get a few more goats to keep her company. In the end, I decided on getting a few more goats, because I could not imagine not keeping Anza. She has been a goofy friend for ten years and I didn't want to let her go! So we made the tough decision to find a few more goats. We were able to locate a Nigerian Dwarf breeder who was downsizing her herd and was able to sell us two does, ages 7 and 5, mother and daughter. The first few days were a bit rough. Anza was confused, the new goats were confused, and there was some goat posturing and squabbling, but now they are getting along ok and Anza is back to eating well and acting like herself. The new goats are fun and sweet. Snickers is very bossy and absolutely is herd head! Anza is a bit put out by this but has adjusted. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlVbqHqm1PDmLm5Jn441FcYliXD7z7XdsgC6An5CFPSi_u6qkogHY-5fPPudFZV6AgUiQcM5-HhsTpBwI5XGISQgxfH-MFyDRM-ZChz_rXIsnJ2hxniJ5ctjrdla7TN3fRw0OS/s4608/IMG_20210527_062548139.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4608" data-original-width="3456" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlVbqHqm1PDmLm5Jn441FcYliXD7z7XdsgC6An5CFPSi_u6qkogHY-5fPPudFZV6AgUiQcM5-HhsTpBwI5XGISQgxfH-MFyDRM-ZChz_rXIsnJ2hxniJ5ctjrdla7TN3fRw0OS/s320/IMG_20210527_062548139.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">New girls: left is Hope (5) and right is her mother, Snickers (7)</div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVSOVSsOGSY7FjTFxldpidGznExf-ExKZCcPRazi3kq6g1nnCABKvbdw6VHB2bZduTA3DOzuRv963Pa9yJWES7PnCRRLWL_1tq45xSpwh9sYZi_8lWVA02qQZUIZXvaucP-Hza/s4608/IMG_20210527_062537723_MP.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4608" data-original-width="3456" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVSOVSsOGSY7FjTFxldpidGznExf-ExKZCcPRazi3kq6g1nnCABKvbdw6VHB2bZduTA3DOzuRv963Pa9yJWES7PnCRRLWL_1tq45xSpwh9sYZi_8lWVA02qQZUIZXvaucP-Hza/s320/IMG_20210527_062537723_MP.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Anza, being silly!</div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhmHzCsYOO6-X_mC3awIfeWlvDXHtycmzhLI_pXtaWFNkqlHy-WAXAxP6EfZoZkIeAZJsthNTdrTBbqJ6902Kiq7JjHZ2w7qTQ1DkpBvipd1VOyaB_jcwXrAL_WS_3suUP6Z0lq/s1666/IMG_20210522_121112_577.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1666" data-original-width="1666" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhmHzCsYOO6-X_mC3awIfeWlvDXHtycmzhLI_pXtaWFNkqlHy-WAXAxP6EfZoZkIeAZJsthNTdrTBbqJ6902Kiq7JjHZ2w7qTQ1DkpBvipd1VOyaB_jcwXrAL_WS_3suUP6Z0lq/s320/IMG_20210522_121112_577.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Hope and Olivia</div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdUOiVIvB3OXRpGuoZE5rZT843y-101VcisUOa9iDO-LoKOnqcehpVVkL7Ksx330FE-hlti6QgRIFnLZGuYguPhfBnvkXLG4v371sSQYfDcL5zwzJxJ-w1L74J9-N8yCAznrIR/s3456/IMG_20210518_173928_170.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3456" data-original-width="3456" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdUOiVIvB3OXRpGuoZE5rZT843y-101VcisUOa9iDO-LoKOnqcehpVVkL7Ksx330FE-hlti6QgRIFnLZGuYguPhfBnvkXLG4v371sSQYfDcL5zwzJxJ-w1L74J9-N8yCAznrIR/s320/IMG_20210518_173928_170.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Snickers and Hope</div><br /><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07949443494892573125noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13422153.post-77671573596160631312021-04-24T19:15:00.002-04:002021-04-24T19:15:31.304-04:00Little Lou II<p> I painted this girl with acrylics from a porcelain kit from Allfordoll on Etsy. She's Little Lou II and is about 11 inches high. I washed her face off and repainted her about five times until I was more or less satisfied but I think with more practice I can do a better job. I made her dress from a pattern by Nedra, but I didn't feel like doing the pleats so I just gathered it and used some 1930's feed sack material to make a play dress. I'm happy enough with this girl. I can't decide whether to call her Lou or something else. I have a second kit to make up, which is the regular Little Lou. I already started her painting.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxS5LF3YTNQ9oNJcevdTXcSG9u5NdhabG9ZBKFV9GsLDpHSl4U0BPCKvusekZ4gzG6NvYt8MD-5ZoqjIr9r1W0omLJzU0x8XbIcSIdMaGHDkIdv5tND1j97aHCb6ep2_TC8Xfo/s4608/IMG_20210424_184251427_HDR.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4608" data-original-width="3456" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxS5LF3YTNQ9oNJcevdTXcSG9u5NdhabG9ZBKFV9GsLDpHSl4U0BPCKvusekZ4gzG6NvYt8MD-5ZoqjIr9r1W0omLJzU0x8XbIcSIdMaGHDkIdv5tND1j97aHCb6ep2_TC8Xfo/s320/IMG_20210424_184251427_HDR.jpg" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivk0zUrnL4sU7k8Rc4M9sxeaDazq2CeuhuEDcD5Ufr3Egmz0Xn6QfWAS85hmEl-EghacDwqFvbNQ-YWtFLe6kemyiPFwdbk6AfecZrJiCDjd2EPw1HkjgDa93MRBJ1ULDmKsus/s4151/IMG_20210424_184201160.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4151" data-original-width="3113" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivk0zUrnL4sU7k8Rc4M9sxeaDazq2CeuhuEDcD5Ufr3Egmz0Xn6QfWAS85hmEl-EghacDwqFvbNQ-YWtFLe6kemyiPFwdbk6AfecZrJiCDjd2EPw1HkjgDa93MRBJ1ULDmKsus/s320/IMG_20210424_184201160.jpg" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjSyOvfRU7PiGL-HNqfVRsYbsIFxEsKaaIfGrRpiRB0rstn53hAUV2fp0Bz71Dpakr7NCMfP9VEetykBmobjAAaO2tMMKzKo66I3qa7_CidBc0KwI5LbInk7ag37jNnd3jRk6Yt/s4608/IMG_20210424_184319364.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4608" data-original-width="3456" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjSyOvfRU7PiGL-HNqfVRsYbsIFxEsKaaIfGrRpiRB0rstn53hAUV2fp0Bz71Dpakr7NCMfP9VEetykBmobjAAaO2tMMKzKo66I3qa7_CidBc0KwI5LbInk7ag37jNnd3jRk6Yt/s320/IMG_20210424_184319364.jpg" /></a></div><br /><p><br /></p>Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07949443494892573125noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13422153.post-67384029792380530512021-01-09T15:29:00.001-05:002021-01-09T15:29:30.233-05:00Sketch<p> </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-0aPlJtUKW5UtdT_GojeLgMGDL42dnGkEWQG4MMWaqRdLc5QeoC-cdN3YULpvdM8QS4coJ4uPhZrOgjciofi908QfEhyphenhyphenGKe89GzEQE5vwPeZp8iUOMBop7fQHoK74EPBjncOK/s2048/IMG_20210109_152458587.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2048" data-original-width="1536" height="322" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-0aPlJtUKW5UtdT_GojeLgMGDL42dnGkEWQG4MMWaqRdLc5QeoC-cdN3YULpvdM8QS4coJ4uPhZrOgjciofi908QfEhyphenhyphenGKe89GzEQE5vwPeZp8iUOMBop7fQHoK74EPBjncOK/w240-h322/IMG_20210109_152458587.jpg" width="240" /></a></div><br /><p></p>Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07949443494892573125noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13422153.post-59294656358506109592019-10-05T18:32:00.002-04:002019-10-05T18:32:50.969-04:00It's been awhile!<div style="text-align: left;">
My life has gotten so busy and not much fun lately. And I have purchased zero new dolls in two years! Yikes! And hardly any craft time. But hopefully it'll get better soon. Here are some photos from recently just for fun.</div>

Flowers are blooming, birds are singing and the lawn needs mowing, badly. I am charging the dead battery of my riding mower so I can hopefully do that chore later on today! I have been sewing a smidgen but not much. This dress is the prize for a contest on <a href="http://ourlittledarlings.ning.com/" target="_blank">Our Little Darlings</a>, but sadly, there are almost no entries!<br />

My bright, beautiful, imaginative girl is turning four in a week. She asked me for a doll to be friends with the rag doll that I had made when I was a teenager that she plays with all the time. That particular doll is named Lizzy and I had given it to my mother after I made it. She saved it all these years and when I had Olivia, gave it back. I scrounged the internet for the pattern and successfully found it and made a friend for Lizzy. This doll is unnamed. I'll leave that honor to Olivia. I hope she will enjoy her. Olivia loves to imagine scenarios with her dolls and has a running dialogue with them most of the time!<br />

I'm terribly behind on posts. These cuties arrived in December. I have two more now that I have not even photographed! These are Piper (left) and Poppy (right) and are about 8" tall. They can share clothes with Riley Kish and also with the 8" Heartstrings Dolls sold by <a href="http://www.josdollshoppe.net/shoppe/heartstring-dolls/" target="_blank">Jo's Doll Shoppe</a>. These little porcelain cuties are made for me by <a href="http://www.aprilartdolls.com/" target="_blank">April Norton</a>, a Canadian porcelain doll artist who does phenomenal work! I am looking forward to eventually ordering some larger dolls from her. I have also gotten Penny and Pansy and very much need to photograph them, too!<br />

This little doll came to me with very unremarkable painting. I repainted her a while ago (several tries before I got her just right) and have finally managed to photograph her. She is difficult to photograph well!Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07949443494892573125noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13422153.post-43215362725395020112016-08-01T08:00:00.000-04:002016-08-01T08:00:18.159-04:00A new love, Sylvia Natterer dolls!I saw a few of these dolls on etsy, modeling clothing, and I adored them so much I ordered one from the UK. They are really hard to find in the US but I think a few shops carry them. I ordered from <a href="http://www.petalinadolls.co.uk/" target="_blank">Petalina</a> and found their customer service to be great and given the good exchange rate lately, it was a great transaction. I have since ordered a few more little sisters to go with her but they have not yet arrived. Meet Brigitte, designed by Sylvia Natterer for Petitcolin. She is in a dress that I made for her today, but I eventually will photograph her in her original outfit, as well, as it's very pretty.<br />

Isn't she perfect? I received her in April but it took me this long to get her outfit sewed together. Underneath there is a full undergarment made of cotton batiste and on top is a pinafore with the tiniest chicken scratch I've ever done. I have to felt a Toto to go with her as soon as possible but I wanted to share a photo or two before then. There are more photos if you click through to my Flickr account.<br />

I am down to just three chickens from my original 11. Three of the Buff Orpingtons are still hanging on and still doing well and laying eggs, surprisingly, even though they are now 7 years old as of June 1. The three remaining are Prudy, Ivy and Buttercup. Poppy was the most recent one to die, and I just found her in the nest box one evening, after having been completely normal the rest of the day. Once she passed on, I decided to order more chicks because I don't think that the three I have left will realistically last too long. So here are the new girls, being brooded in the house for now. I have three Speckled Sussex, two Black Australorps and two Buff Orpingtons. The Orpingtons are by far the friendliest! They are all named: Nancy Drew, George (short for Georgia in the books) and Bess are the Sussex; Anne and Dianna (from Green Gables, of course) are the Orpingtons, and Lucy and Ethel are the Black Australorps. Lucy and Ethel came upon their names first! These photos are from when they were just a few days old, on their first outing. They are now about four weeks old.<br />

<br />
This doll took me forever to make but was worth all the effort. My lovely friend Laura gave me the wool to stuff her with. I used the Little Amigo pattern in <u>Growing Up Sew Liberated.</u> It was easy to follow and came out nice, so I'm happy with the result. I'm hoping to make another doll sometime, although Olivia has way too many dolls already, at three years of age! Her birthday was last week and she named this doll Emily Elizabeth. She seems to enjoy her! If you click through there are a few more photos of her in my Flickr account.<br />
<br />
My niece turned 14 last week and I made her a zip pouch with some of my favorite fabrics. She and I have the same favorite color. I used Lecien Flower Sugar 2015 for this pouch and put a little bead or two on the zipper. I stuffed it with candy for her and mailed it off. <br />

I have a great project in the works involving a Little Darling but it has unfortunately gotten bumped to the bottom of my priorities (sadly) for a few weeks because I have been playing catch up on a lot of other things! Hopefully I will get to work on it this week. Today I built a whole swing set for my daughter, all by myself, so I'm proud I got it accomplished and she loves it so it was worth it!<br />

Six vintage aprons, mostly hand-made (one entirely hand-sewn) and one vintage sewing basket:<br />
<br />
<br />
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/21708545@N06/25381154294/in/dateposted-public/" title="Four vintage aprons"><img alt="Four vintage aprons" height="400" src="https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1600/25381154294_dcff0e9275_b.jpg" width="300" /></a><script async="" charset="utf-8" src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js"></script>
<br />
<br />
Left to right: pinafore style cover-up, linen with embroidered flowers, delicate yellow cotton with fine lace on hem, purple cotton with rickrack and an attached towel.<br />
<br />
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/21708545@N06/25893077172/in/dateposted-public/" title="Two vintage aprons"><img alt="Two vintage aprons" height="400" src="https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1466/25893077172_921b9ef316_b.jpg" width="300" /></a><script async="" charset="utf-8" src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js"></script>
<br />
<br />
Left: black floral with pink bias tape binding, right: red gingham with chicken scratch embroidery. This one is all hand-sewn and beautifully done. I'll have to take more photos when the light is better--it's very gloomy today! There's a detail of the embroidery below.<br />
<br />
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/21708545@N06/25713311770/in/dateposted-public/" title="Chicken Scratch Embroidery"><img alt="Chicken Scratch Embroidery" height="300" src="https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1443/25713311770_0a21d40d20_b.jpg" width="400" /></a><script async="" charset="utf-8" src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js"></script>
<br />
<br />
And the sewing basket. It has a box of old hook and eye fasteners and snaps inside. It also has a top tray for organization and a green satin lining. It's very nice and in good condition.<br />
<br />
<script async="" charset="utf-8" src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js"></script>
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/21708545@N06/25987946906/in/dateposted-public/" title="Vintage Sewing Box"><img alt="Vintage Sewing Box" height="300" src="https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1549/25987946906_0555dc35be_b.jpg" width="400" /></a><script async="" charset="utf-8" src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js"></script><br />
<br />
I always wonder how these things end up at the thrift store. I imagine some old woman died and her family donated these things when they cleaned out her house. I was just delighted to find them, and put every last one of the aprons on the shelf into my basket. For $16, these finds made my day!Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07949443494892573125noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13422153.post-36043149669634133612016-03-13T13:35:00.003-04:002016-03-13T13:35:33.645-04:00Practicing Smocking<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/21708545@N06/24726281854/in/dateposted-public/" title="Devon Marie in Vintage Strawberries"><img alt="Devon Marie in Vintage Strawberries" height="1024" src="https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1479/24726281854_efaa6f4eaa_b.jpg" width="650" /></a>This is some fabric I received in a swap on Our Little Darlings. My chickens are still laying at age 7! This is the first egg of the season. I still have four chickens left from the original 11. The remaining four are Prudence, Ivy, Poppy and Buttercup, all Buff Orpingtons. They appear to be in decent health, with the exception of arthritic joints!<br />
<br />
This weekend I've spent a lot of time outside, clearing out the garden and preparing it for planting. It's been unusually warm, and we seem to be having April weather in March, which is OK with me! My crocuses are up and I was able to fill up the ducks' kiddie pool today for the first time since about November. Hooray for springtime.<br />

I sent her in to Geri and she touched up her eyes, but also touched her paint up generally and she's like a new doll! I was so happy. She's beautiful, more beautiful than before, even! I was just stunned when I took her out of the box because she's so much prettier. I love her even more now. Here's a photo:<br />

And a picture of her before her touchup job. The photo is a few years old so her eyes were not dull at all in this photo:<br />

She arrived yesterday. Today is my birthday, so it was a lovely birthday present!<br />
<br />
I have had a great birthday this year! My little Olivia has been such good company all day. We opened presents this morning (she helped unwrap them, of course) and we made a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and raspberry buttercream frosting. After lunch we went for a walk and then played outside for a while. It's been over 50 degrees here today, which is unprecedented in my memory for February 28. It's usually still definitely winter. This afternoon we had some visitors, which was a lot of fun, especially since they brought homemade cookies! I had two different renditions of the happy birthday song over the phone sung to me and some lovely flowers were given to me on Friday night in honor of my birthday. This year I feel very appreciated and loved by all those around me. <br />

To make the day more unique, this afternoon we watched a mink in the backyard poking around. It was a unique sight since I don't see them that often. They live in the beaver pond, and sometimes when they are hungry enough they come up. This one was digging into a chipmunk hole repeatedly, trying to get the little chipmunk. He had no success and finally ambled back down into the swamp.<br />

So today I am 37. A good age to be, and a new year of life to start with my ever-present optimism. It was a hard year last year but I've come through it better than ever.Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07949443494892573125noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13422153.post-8823849309634463782016-02-10T18:13:00.001-05:002016-02-10T18:13:23.619-05:00Pipos Pang<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/21708545@N06/24315258394/in/dateposted-public/" title="Pipos Pang"><img alt="Pipos Pang" height="800" src="https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1561/24315258394_29f7101f28_c.jpg" width="477" /></a><script async="" charset="utf-8" src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js"></script><br />

This cute little ball-jointed cat was a limited edition of 15. I could not resist. She's too cute!<br />
